How long does shipping take?
After order processing, Economy shipping takes 5–8 business days, and Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Order processing (packing and fulfillment) usually starts within 0–1 business day after payment confirmation.
How much is the shipping fee?
Economy shipping is $4.90, and Standard shipping is $7.90. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Additional fees may apply for oversized or heavy items.
How do I handle returns or exchanges?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Defective/incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost and offer a refund or exchange.
- Change of mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
